Looks like a nice home for $750K you couldn't buy a nice barn in my area for that price. That house would run you around 2M in a nice area of Los Angeles.

beautiful.......reminds me of a story

Many years in the future Joe Gibbs passes and enters Heaven. He is greeted by St Peter and shown to his home, a well appointed rancher with a nice yard and several willow trees.

Off in the distance, up on a hillside overlooking the valley he notices a sprawling estate with several buildings, pools, fountains and gardens. Coach Gibbs mentions to St Peter that he is honored to even be in the same neighborhood as God himself.

St Peter chuckles and says "that isn't God's house. It's Coach Landry's".

It said it was built to Tom's spec's in 1962.

The price doesn't look inflated in the least to me probably because I live in an area where home prices are incredibly inflated. Checkout some of the home prices around LA. The one below is 1.3M and has almost half the square footage of Landry's home.

I hate White cabinets too which makes it that much worse.
