Toney Should be Suspended!

Biggest cheap shot I have seen in a long long time in Professional Sports.

1. In the replay you could see the Giants receiver, Toney, adjusting the glove on the hand he punched with seconds before the punch.

2. Our player, Kazee, was not EVEN looking at Toney. He was looking at another player on the Giants. Toney had to know Kazee was not looking at him.

3. When a person does not know a punch is coming it can have a devastating effect. There are no subtle, or large movements, to avoid the punch.

4. I know Kazee had his helmet on, but with the force Toney threw the punch, if Toney would have connected just below Kazee’s face mask, it could have been a serious injury.

He missed, possibly, knocking out Kazee by a couple inches. He probably gets suspended for connecting, but doesn’t because his punch was off by 2 inches?

Toney had red flags coming out of college from what I heard. He had problems in camp with the Giants early on. He seems like a head case.

I think he can’t take losing. He gets triggered. Opposing CBs will try to get in his head. With Jones and Barkley and many others out, I see a lot of losing for Toney. I don’t think he will handle it well.

Toney is the Giants’ version of TO and Dez. Talent with baggage. Coaches and front offices don’t like to walk on eggshells, which is what they will have to do with Toney unless they can nip it in the bud.
