Okay,

I know a lot of you guys are ragging on Tony because you see him doing this over and over.

If you see it over and over, wouldn't a great coach be able to adjust to that? It's not like this is the first year Tony and RHG have been together, they've been together since the beginning.

If your QB has certain tendencies, then as his coach, you need to be aware of it and make adjustments in the playcalling. Also, why are the plays taking so long to be called? That's an advantage to the D, I think.

I like Red a lot, and I think his culture will make us successful sooner or later. Unlike Josh McDaniels, I like his brains and from the looks of it, we are scouting a lot better this year with our draft and FA rookies. He's still learning the ropes of being HC, and I think he will always put us in a position to win. Unfortunately, they just need to learn how to put a game away. I'm always on the edge of seat because as much as they put us in a position to win, they always have a few plays or penalties that allow the other teams to win as well.

That's carried over from last year. Every good play, you hold your breath that the play will get off before the clock strikes zero and then you hold your breath again at the end of the play hoping not to see a flag.

Oh well, I'm looking forward to 2011 for sure. Hope our starters can stay healthy.

Agreed, and a little patience invested by fans at the very start of a new season, often is beneficial to that fan. Every game played has emotions reserved for that very outcome. It's always better to win the close game decision. But right now, despite errors, the Cowboys played a very competitive game. That was their overall starting status.

Injuries always matter, and the Dallas secondary dropped completely out of sight for this game. That mattered during the final quarter.

The plays are not taking long to be called, Romo keeps making adjustments and that's why they go to the end of the play clock. I don't have a big problem with that because the Jets defense is confusing.

Garrett prepared this team for a victory. I have no issues with him. He can't help it if he thinks his Pro Bowl 6-year starter would understand to not fumble at the 1 when you are up by 7 and gives him a roll out play so it's an *easy* read for him and he still messes it up.
