I would not want to guess at his relationship with any one.
But who ever the young lady is in his life this season she certainly deserves
some credit for being a calming influence on him.
Advanced his maturity and gave support from the background.
He is much more of a leader this year and HE WEARS HIS HAT ON STRAIGHT.

According to a number of blogs who picked up on an old story and embellished it without using any facts, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and girlfriend Candice Crawford are “engaged.”

Of course, there are no new details about Crawford’s relationship with Romo. Instead, sites are still basing the engagement speculation on a recent photograph of Crawford wearing some impressive bling. The same photograph that Romo ex Jessica Simpson “nearly fainted” (yeah, right!) after seeing, according to In Touch Weekly.

Last week Gossip Cop pointed out that it’s true Simpson might not “know what [the ring] means,” as In Touch suggested… but neither did In Touch. Or any other tabloid, for that matter.

So when sites began to report with certainty that Romo and Crawford were “engaged”, we decided to find out whether there was any more substance to the rumors.

There isn’t.

Engagement talk is “not true,” Crawford’s boss at KDAF, a CW affiliate known as Channel 33 in Dallas told Gossip Cop. When told of our inquiry, he added, “She found it amusing.”

We wonder if the tabs and gossip blogs realize how “amusing” their reporting is.

Probably offical but with the season still not finished & we know how distractions go.

Fairly certain something is a miss & many questions to follow given the rush if only dating 5 months????
