You were right until the next years first

after 20 and 52, the difference would be a fourth rounder this year or a third rounder next

adding next years first woudl totally unbalance the trade in the cowboys favor

They are desperate for a QB. People overpay to move up for QB’s all the time.

What would be the compensation for going from #10 to #20?

My guess:
DAL gets: #20, #52, 1st round pick 2022.

I'd sure like to snag FS Eddie Jackson or NT Eddie Goldman off of them in this scenario.

20, 52 and a next year's 3rd is more likely. Maybe Jerry can swindle them to give up a next year's 2nd cuz they're coming up for a QB, but it's a reach to assume so.
But even with the former deal I'd seriously consider it. As bad as the Bears could be that 3rd could be a pretty good pick so actually I'd probably take it. Phillips, Collins, Farley, Barmore, Moehrig could all be the targets at 20 and that extra 2 will go along way to off setting passing on Surtain or Horn.

You could possibly package it with our 2 to get back into the end of rd 1 if you so choose.

Sure if the 21 players ranked higher than him starting at 44 are somehow gone.
