He was talking about the Eagles moving up if Wentz doesn't go one and how high the Eagles would have to go. Host thought 5 might be high enough but Pauline said that from what he's heard it's either Wentz or Ramsey at 4 for Dallas with Elliott or trade out as backup.

I don't buy the Elliott news. I think there's little chance they take Elliott at 4.

Although, I guess if they feel panicked because Wentz and Ramsey are done and no one wants to trade up for Tunsil, I could see them taking Elliott. But I think they might even take a mediocre trade offer for 4 before taking Elliott.

There's one beat writer here in Philly that's pretty plugged in. He thinks based on what he's heard that Roseman is banging the gong on Elliott as a smokescreen. He wants potential trade down options if they can't move up or there isn't an OT there like Stanley at 8.

My sentiments exactly. I do have some concerns about Elliott off the field though. (similar to Bosa) ON the field he's kick butt obviously.

If both quarterbacks are gone and Tunsil is there at #4, I think Dallas would pull the trigger on a trade down with Tennessee for #15 and this two second round picks they acquired from the Rams.

Jones could think he pulled off a shrewd move, while the Titans' GM will look like a genius for acquiring picks and still getting the guy they wanted all along.

I forgot who it was that said this but evidently there are not many secrets in the NFL circle.

I guess most teams are pretty open with each other with their thoughts on players and who they like.

I'd be all for that trade. 4 picks in the Top 45? You could really fix the roster if you make the right picks.

I hope they pick him... He'll be good. Maybe really good. The only way I would want Dallas to select him though is if we acquire extra picks because we could draft a guy later on that could produce similar to Elliot.
