I really do wish this could be true but I just don't believe it. Stephen is not smart enough nor does he care enough to ever do something so next level as this.

Hope a compromise where Zeke takes a pay cut can be reached.

I can’t see that happening. He’d literally need to make 1/4 of what he’s making now to justify his roster spot vs. his actual production/ability.

Not to be a wet blanket but TP has 12 TDs this season not 14. Still good but let's try to stay in the real world. Still his playmaking ability is undeniable. The only reason I can see him not being in there on the final drive was that they expected the Texans to try and bring extra pressure (which would have been dumb on their part) and they wanted Zeke in there to protect. So to insert Pollard you would have to sub him for Noah Brown as the #3 receiver. You know, the guy who made the biggest catch on the drive and arguably the two biggest catches of the game. Still it would not have bothered me to see TP on the field either..

Hopefully we can resign Pollard but RB’s prob one of the most easiest skilled position to replace in draft.

If he wants starting money , he’s gone . And if Elliott isn’t willing to sign for much less he’s gone too.

Good news is 2013 looks to be a rich RB class with probably only one going in 1st round .
