we may live and die by this man but he is without a doubt the most important player (presently) on this team show the man some love! hopefully jerry finds better lineman to put him in a better position to succeed.

Agreed............too bad Jerry is wasting his career under a coach like Garrett.

It's amazing what he does with this "O" line. He is as good as anyone at reading a defense. I hope they extend him.

I wrote this in another thread:

The disconnect between Romo's play and the teams record has been clear ever since he became the starting QB.

To have a 18-1 TD/INT ratio and only go 4-4 in December is ridiculous. Give those stats to Rodgers, Brees and Brady and those guys would never lose a game.

The problem is not Romo and never has been Romo. The problem is that the teams around him have never played to his level. As much as he tries to lift the team, the team ultimately drags him to mediocrity.

No other QB in the NFL has to do more to win a game in this league than Romo has to. He gets a 150 QB rating and they barely beat the Eagles. Other QB's win in a cakewalk with similar performances.

Romo is trying to make the playoffs with a 5-11 team around him.

he definitely deserves a more supportive fan base at the home games. but, i suppose that the boos are more for the overall team play than for him personally.

Romo is terrible. Only three touchdowns last week. Pathetic. Let's draft Landry Jones. He can learn from 2013 MVP Kyle Orton.

I'm a Romo fan for the same reason I was a Warren Moon fan - as long as he is on the field, you have a chance to win, regardless of the caliber of the players surrounding him, or even how bad the D might be.

Awesome information. People need to open their eyes.

He's definitely a polarizing figure; people either love him, or hate him, there's very little in-between.

That's because he's a Dallas Cowboy. It comes with the job.

Hell, it comes with the team. Not all posters here are Cowboy fans.
