I don't understand how a person can gain that much weight in that short amount of time. I literally couldn't do it if even if I sat around eating Mickey Ds 24/7. I still don't think thats her, her facial features look different, idk.

Forget Jessica Simpson. The artist drew Tony Romo looking absolutely anorexic himself. It's understandable that the humor of the cartoon was mostly based on establishing how different they "looked" side-by-side, but damn...

Either she has a medical (thyroid) problem, has the most serious weight gain in the history of man or is pregnant.

Not to burst your theory, but pregnant women usually gain weight in one specific area early on rather than the all over fat that Jessica is sporting.
