This board is getting crazy about it's quarterback play ala the Longhorns forum. And in a way...they are both playing like seasoned vets in their prime.

I haven't felt this giddy about our QB since Troy. The fact that Romo is playing so good and actually started his NFL career with the Cowboys makes me feel like he's one of ours. I never felt like that with Bledsoe.

Romo ALONG with all our other young talent is keeping me high as can be for a 4-4, now 5-4 team. I am very excited about what our future holds.

No offense but it would take an extreme Longhorn homer to draw this comparison. Both are good quarterbacks but both play different styles and level of football.

He was only making the comparison that long horn fans are giddy about Colt just as Cowboys fans are giddy about Romo.

Never seen him make one comparison in style.

So...both teams fans are happy with their young QBs.

I was not able to catch highlights of the game, but I heard Colt was injured in the game. I also heard he came back to finish the game but was not able to get the Win. Can some one fill me in on that.:

Colt left after the first series and never returned. Horns would not have lost that game if Colt had not been injured IMO. Having said that, it's part of the game. Horns fans better pray that the injury is not too serious. I don't know that they can beat TAM or Nebraska with Jevan Snead at QB. JMO of course.
