IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was supposed to be in Las Vegas last week to host the first National Fantasy Football Convention with more than 100 players.

When players became aware they could be fined or suspended for violating an NFL policy that bans players and personnel from activities or appearances held at or sponsored by casinos, the NFFC decided to cancel the event.

In order to accommodate roughly 150 fans unable to change their plans, the convention held a reception in Las Vegas and Romo made himself available via a FaceTime conversation and had delivered personalized autograph photos to those in attendance.
