romo; on my us open, great question, its a great tool and ive used it in sports in other areas, mentally you can say every shot focus and all i can control is going forward, its about like the next possession in football, next throw, so like if you throw an intereception, get it out of your mind and go tonext play, very proud of mental side, its a benefit to put yourself in pressure situations and have your brain think in those type situations

on brooking saying romo doesnt miss a day, and guys look at him and trickle down to other guys, its a credit to have a guy like brooking romo says, and you want everyone improve and get better, to help lead other people and you need to do that;

i think ive used this enalogy,. as you grow into like a junior or senior, its a progression where people trust what your telling them and believe in you with your experience like from playing as a senior, so you relate that to your time now with cowboys from first year

as you get older you can only control my attitude, my faith to be successful in life, and to improve every year, i think its a balance, and im so competitive, i want to win in alot of areas, you have to step back, look at short goals, how can i improve after otas, or mini camp, so after a time frame in life you can be good enough to take like next step, and im excited about us with what we have now

with your different approach on leadership,wiht other players finally stepping up, romo says; i think for us,your either getting better or worse, if we won super bowl last year, were starting over like everyone else,

some players get older, but as long as each guy starts over and tries to be the best he can be and be recommitted, you have a great opportunnity to succed, like those seasons that have humbled us, so some situations allows you to improve as you go forward, and being a qb is not enjoyable if your on a losing team, so ive taken tried very hard to hopefully that will never take place,
