Texas-born Chace Crawford and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo had some Lone Star State-style family bonding in New York this weekend. The brothers-in-law held court at a private dinner party for about 20 friends, including fellow Cowboy Miles Austin, at Philippe restaurant Saturday night. The rowdy crew then headed to the Dream Downtown in Chelsea for some late-night revelry. A spy told us that hotel guests’ heads turned sharply when they saw the excitable group, “running from the lobby down the basement staircase to take a group bathroom trip.” Romo married Crawford’s beauty-queen sister, Candice, back in May
