Romo wasn't on the show. They discussed the comments from Roger about Tony. They both agreed tony is a Superbowl QB but then they went on to say that he needs to show he's a leader...like he didn't just host the largest training camp in the league so far.

I think at this point the only way the ridiculous "show he's a leader" think will get dropped is if Romo becomes president.

Of course, then whichever party he's not a part of will blast his leadership.

When exactly did winning a Super Bowl and being a leader become synonymous? Or does that criteria only apply to Romo?
