One thing for sure Eli is not very good when he leaves the pocket unlike Romo who can work in or out of the pocket.

There is no doubt in my mind Romo is the better QB. I will say I don't think Eli is a bad QB I do think he is limited. If he has a good running game going Eli is very comfortable using playaction and making the throw. Where Eli makes his mistakes is when he is forced into long situation or when things start to break down he is not good about overcoming the situation and does very poor when forced outside of the pocket.
