Will he improve? Will he slump? Those are the big questions. Hopefully Garrett is as good as advertised and he continues to grow. Can he become a great one, or will he simply be a steady performer? Which guys should be signed to play backup QB? A lot of unanswered questions.

This is a tough question to answer. We don't know what will happen with TO and Glenn (he plays better with BP). We don't know how our OL will shape up (we have 3 UFAs). We don't know how good Garrett will be.

If we go at least status quo, then I think Romo will have another solid year. I can see him throwing for 3200+ yards, 20+ TDs, and 15 or so INTs. I saw enough from Romo this year, to be cautiously optimistic. I'm not sold, as many are, that he is the next Joe Montana. I'm also not sold, as many here are, that he's the next Quincy Carter.

If we can shore up the OL, and Garrett is as good as advertised, then he'll be poised for another Pro-Bowl.

On the other hand, if we still have questions on the OL, then I think Romo may be hearing the boo birds early.

LOL, oh dude, he's not the dreadful Quincy Carter. Does anyone really think that?! I like the fact that he's cocky and throws a lot of "clutch" passes. He does need continued tutoring, though. We should cover our bases and draft a QB at some point. That is, if there's really not anything to Matt Baker.

After reading a number of threads, it sure seems like some think Romo= QC.

Of course, I don't know that many are calling him Joe Montana either. Just a little hyperbole on my part.

Id say about 3500 yards with 25 TDs and 15-16 INTS. 60% CMP PER also

We already have seen that he takes losing personally. I want to know if he can inspire others to be the same way. The numbers will be there--he could easily set a new team record for yardage. I just hope he becomes the leader that this team needs.

depending on how what type of Offense Garrett runs his O, i think Romo can throw for around 3500-4000 yards. Around 20-30 TD's, and 12-18 ints.

More or less, depending on Garretts Offense.

I love his clutch pass like you said philo. He was pretty much perfect in the 2 minute drill this season. He was also great at drving the team down the field at the end of games.

and as for Matt Baker. he is pretty much the opposite of Romo in terms of playing style.

He is tough as nails, stands in the pocket nicely, and is very smart. IMO the only thing holding him back from starting in the NFL is his arm strength. Its weaker than Romo's, and the fact that he went undrafted teams might not take a chance on him, even tho he has skills. He seems alot like Jason Garrett during his playing days. I say seems because ive never seen Jason play, but ive heard about him.

Dallas will be 11-5 to 13-3 with Tony starting all year. Let us say just for fun that he throws 28 touchdown passes, 3,000 plus yards, 10 picks and runs for two additional scores.

Julius jones runs for 1,500 and 9 touchdowns.
Marion Barber eclipes 1,000 and has a dozen goalline touchdowns.

Witten grabs 10 TD catches and Glenn, Crayton and TO split the 18 remaining at 6 a piece.

Grammatica is 17/19 with FGs and a perfect 51/51 with PATs.

Cowboys offense thus scores 408 points.

Romo's situation has to have improved with Parcells and all his idiotic mind games leaving town. Jason Garrett will be a steading influence on him and he will bounce back from his disappointment over the fumbled snap (a play he should never have been in the game for in the first place).

Nikki Cox, Scarlett Johanssen, Kate Hudson, Julia Stiles, and Jaclyn Smith, for good measure.
