With Tony Romo doing better than all of the Quarterbacks in camp, how can you really outlook him...

What yall think about the subject?

I must have missed the outplaying Bledsoe articles on Romo. Care to link them?

In the scrimmage, he should have had three balls intercepted instead of one.

OK. When I saw the title of this thread, I couldnt believe that someone would actually suggest this. If Tony Romo were the next Tom Brady, he would first have to be our starter, or be projected as a starter in the next year or so. If you are going to post ideas on here, please let be at least logical, or fact based. Come on people, TC has started, we dont need these ludacris, out of left field ideas anymore.

Romo is kind of the antithesis of Brady. Romo is a gunslinger and Brady is calculated cool and takes the sure thing most times. Makes very few mistakes, takes what the defense gives him and make all the right decisions. Thats why he took the job from Bledsoe.

Romo the next Brady, Henson the next Elway. How about Bledsoe the next SuperBowl MVP. Is that a reach? Maybe. But probably not near the reach of the other two.

Sigh. It's definitely a slow time of year. Why do we have to make up stories to keep ourselves entertained?

Technically, to be the next Tom Brady, wouldn't Bledsoe have to get injured, and then Romo would step in and lead us to the ninth hol.... er the Superbowl.

true, but people expected Brady to do well eventually. I may be a minority, but I dont really see Romo being a superstart QB. Not to mention their styles are completely different.

I assume you mean Bledsoe gets injured then Romo starts and becomes a SB QB.

Sure it could happen. I don't want to see Bledsoe injured as I don't think Romo is ready nor Henson. But for one of them to see significant playing time Bledsoe will have to be injured IMO.

And we had better hope one of the young backups can emerge. Right now I'd say Romo has the edge in the short run. But that's a wild guess and based on very little information.
