The thing that is so amazing to me on that play was the accuracy of the throw. There are QBs in the league that can't make that throw with a perfect pocket and 5 seconds to throw it. Romo did it while in the midst of chaos after yet another "ole" move and running forward yet slowing up to avoid running into his o-lineman and dropping the ball into an area that a fly would have a hard time crapping on. That was flat out amazing.
