If garret does leave, i dont think that we have a bad OC in waiting, i beleive that if jason garrett would not have gotten hired, this guy would have. Tony Sporano, i think this guy is a really intelligent coach and if JG stays at the OC, he probably will go somewhere else. I think Him and Ray sherman are both very important to this team. Ray Sherman, mainly b/c of what he has done with TO and the development of Hurd and Austin. Tell me what you think.

Totally agree re Sherman. If Jerry is smart, he makes sure to reward Sherman so he happy to stay around.
