Guess I have drank the cool-aid. I am buying into Albright being major piece moving forward next season. He has better size than Spencer or Butler. He has 'it' factor you can't bottle. Good first step, smart, ideal size, well-liked by coaches. At very least he takes Butler spot and at best he is our new OLB. Too early?

way too early.Just be happy the kid played well in a game we needed him in. oh and please dont let him get hurt

While I am not overly confident he can play well on the outside on a regular basis, I believe that he could be serviceable if he has a stud DE next to him.

whats interesting about that is Albright had faster 10 yard dash than Ware.

Yes, he does have great measurables. My only concern with him is whether he is now strong enough to set the edge.

Spencer may not have always been a great starter but he was solid in every aspect of his role considering the DE next to him has always been average.

so did spencer :p: ....lol...spencer is finally playing to his potiental if only he had stickier gloves to catch balls lol.

But I don't think we keep spencer next year. We can't resign everybody.

how does his size compare to other OLB around the league? he still looks a little "lean" to me for a fulltime role.

His weight has been updated on DC.com to 260 lbs, the same as Ware. Albright is 1/2" taller than Ware.
