Too early to play for next year?

Is it too early for Dallas to start playing the young players and tanking the season. Don't get me wrong, I don't get any joy seeing them fail, but shouldn't they play some younger players and see what they have. I would like to see Costa start at center, Bright at right guard, and Young at right tackle. I would then like to see Lee and Williams start at both ILB positions with AOA starting at free safety. Yes there will be a dropoff in the level of play but the goal should be to get these guys to play at a high level by the end of the year. If these guys can't play then Dallas needs to draft players who can play. It is obvious that the Oline needs to be rehauled, but why not let these guys play to see if they can cut the mustard. Same with the linebackers, just let them learn on the go. Maybe we will get lucky and the Oline overhaul is already in house.

I think that if we end up barely winning any games by the midway point of the season, then we should start to let the young guys get some PT to see what they've got.

Right now the team needs to find their cojones.

I think we should start Sam Young at RT right now.

Holland can stay as the starter at RG.

McCray at FS.

Lee in on 1st and 2nd downs.

What could it hurt ? AOA couldn`t have less impact than Ball. Wade has always been leary of playing rookies , but at this point , how bad can it hurt ?

McCray over AOA? Cause he had one fluke pick? You can't be serious...

At least the coaches deemed him ready enough to get on the field instead of AOA.

AOA looked terrible in preseason. He's not ready.

As Tom Jackson said last night "IF" ANY NFC team cold win 4-5 games in a row they could make the Super Bolw. NFC is so average he may be right. Nothing I have seen so fan, however, makes me think we can do that.

I can not believe the swagger and then the sway of some of you fans.

The NFCE is still up to the the teams in the way. The leader at this point is only one loss behind, and 2 wins ahead.

The sky is indeed falling over here.

The season isnt over but the team is going to have to fight...Were in a position we've never been before. If we lose to Minny though the season is all but over. If minny loses to the Jets tonight... Well then next week will be two very desperate teams fighting for their lives.

Does that mean I should root for the Jets tonight ?

Do you want to get Romo killed?

Of course yesterday's performance wasn't great either. But three rookies on the Oline?

Romo would be ruined for the rest of his career. He would take a worse beating than Aikman did his rookie year.

never EVER play for next season. What kind of message are you sending to your fans? What are you saying about yourself as a coach if you do that. Playing for next season is the worst thing you can ever do IMO.
