In hindsight, I almost wish we had been a 9-7 team in 2007. That 13-3 season caused Jerry Jones to drastically overrate the talent on his roster and shell out money to guys who had no business making that kind of dough. Here's a roll call of players who are stealing his money:

Roy Williams
Ken Hamlin
Terence Newman
Anthony Spencer
Bobby Carpenter
Gerald Sensabaugh
Miles Austin

These guys are well paid but play like complete JAGs.

The majority of the safeties in the NFL just take up space. There are like 2 or 3 legit playmakers at that spot. A steady guy who's not making a clown of himself is all that you can expect. Sensabaugh has at least been that.
