Good replies. I'm not whining about us scoring pts.: it's beautiful, but overall it just seems like a track meet out there, that's all. Kangaroo mentioned the fact the shutdown corner has become obsolete: that's because you can only have contact once now and it has to be within the first five yards of the line of scrimmage. Back in the day, Deion, Kevin Smith,Everson Walls,and Mel Renfro could engage in mortal combat 20-35 yards down field and not get flagged. I'm curious to see how T.O. handles Al Harris this week. Harris is a big tough guy that likes to maul people off the line. Shut down Roy Williams pretty good. But T.O. has speed Roy W. can only dream about. If he whiffs...................Should be interesting.................
