I'm sorry but we are no longer the bully that can run regardless of the defense stacking up to stop the run. That hurt us against the Saints. We wasted opportunities, especially in the first half, trying to run when it was not working.

I don't know if Kellen was instructed to do this but geez use some common sense. Sometimes it is checkers and not chess!

It seemed like they came in specifically with the intent to go heavy on the run with Zeke. It did not work. Also not a single carry or touch for Pollard?

Only 7 play action plays! They were obviously selling out on the run! Why do you only have 7 play action plays?

Face it, Zeke has become a one-dimensional plodder. He almost looks like a fullback now. He can't create, not shifty and has no corner speed whatsoever. The O-line isn't helping him any, but almost every other back in the NFL is able to squirt through a small opening for a big gain every now and then. We'll be eating his huge contract for years to come.

They didn't mask their intention to run. Don't remember the splits but I seemed to remember a lot of heavy sets on obvious run downs. Defense showing blitz? Still run it up the gut.

We get Frederick back but then Martin has a bad back. +1 -1

Ezekiel Elliott basically missed practically all of TC. That became all too clear in New Orleans last night.

The situation was surely compounded by many play calls that saw him being forced into a stacked front.

If that's not enough, the entire offense displayed the mentality of an overly conservative offensive attack.

True stuff. Going into a big game without a backup plan to replace the original one is tantamount to blowing the game to begin with.

Translation? Zeke got paid, now he doesn't care.
