1. Ware - Take him off the D, and we are a different team
2. TO - Take him off the O, and we are a different team
3. Romo - Numbers dont even tell it all
4. Newman - Hopefully he can start catching the ball
5. Witten - Doesn't have the athleticism of some, but a very complete TE
6. Davis - Road grader that can be a dominating presence
7. Barber - Would rank higher if he can show to be the man this year
8. Gurode - If he could shotgun snap, he would be incredible
9. Ellis - Finally had someone to help him big time on the other side
10. Pacman - Based on talent, age, potential flashy production, and staying out of trouble, he could make a huge jump on this list

He has pretty good numbers for a #2 reciever. He has had some good games. Flozell is so inconsistent. One year he is good and the next he sucks. One game he is good and and the next he sucks. And don't even get me started on all the offsides calls which really get on my nerves.

Numbers can be deceiving, especially when TO is on the other side of the field. The question was top 10 players, not top 10 numbers.

Flozell is inconsistent? Are you kidding me? He plays against a top pass rusher every game and does a hands down GREAT JOB! Sure he misses a few but its rare, very rare. I have no idea what you are talking about on and off years....(remember three years ago when he went down and was literally irreplaceable? oh yeah...)

Also, the offsides penalty is a myth propagated by ignorant members of this site. He is barely above the average number for good offensive line men and thats pretty good considering he is deaf in one ear and goes against the top pass rushers in the league week in and week it...so don't worry about "getting started" becuase you would just make your self look even more ignorant...

Are you one of those people that think they know everything. Or are you one of those people that simply can't take other people's opinion. I think you are both. You talk as if I put Crayton number one. I ain't the only one who didn't put adams on my list. So go bug them, leave me alone, and respect my opinion. Just like I respect yours. If he was so good for so long then why does he only have a few pro bowls. He has been in the league a long time and only a few pro bowls. Numbers don't tell the whole story but do tell some of the story. Look at some of the good games he has had. He doesn't drop alot of balls, he doesn't get alot of penalties called on him, and whenever T.O. isn't open he is.

I understand that Nick Folk and McBriar would probably both be in the top 10 if people really counted all positions equally, but no one likes putting a kicker in the top 10.

And on a completely unrelated note, why is everyone so down on Flozell, saying he's inconsistent and gets too many false starts, when Colombo gets just as many and does a worse job playing a less important position. No one ever seems to get down on him.

hey man don't go getting on whinny on me. All I am doing is pointing out that you are wrong at least for not having Flozell on your list above Crayton. A simple thank you would do fine.
