Going forward (criteria - who you'd want for the next decade, so older QBs like Romo, Manning and Brady are much lower) -

1. Andrew Luck - Don't think this can be disputed given my criteria, I did briefly think about putting Stafford here. Luck is 24 and will be amongst the leads top 5 guys for atleast the next dozen years.
2. Matthew Stafford - He's proven, he's young (still only 25!) and he's got all the talent, leadership and marketability you want in your Franchise QB.
3. Aaron Rodgers - He's 29, young enough to stay high on this list.
4. Russell Wilson - This one is a little tough but I believe of the leagues "young guns", outside of Luck, Wilson has the most long term potential.
5. Robert Griffin III - He's got the talent. He's only 23. If he gets back to his form from last year he'll make his way into the league's perennial top 5.
6. Cam Newton - Newton is only 24 and he's beginning to prove himself as a franchise QB.
7. Nick Foles - the Eagles have got their franchise guy, I'm not happy about it.
8. Matt Ryan - Outside of this year he's been a top 7 QB in the league. I believe this year is the anomaly, not the rule.
9. Colin Kaepernick - I don't believe in the guy as much as others seemingly do but I do believe he could become a top 10 QB in the league for a long period.
10. Sam Bradford - I believe in him. He's got the talent and he's still only 26.

Runners up -
Ryan Tannehill (I just don't think his future has the potential to be as bright as Bradfords)
Jake Locker (As I predicted he is beginning to emerge as the Titans franchise QB... I just don't know if the Titans organization will stick with him)
Terrelle Pryor (He may emerge as the franchise QB for Oakland, he is the perfect fit for them)
Joe Flacco (He's won a SuperBowl, he's better than most of the guys on this list but he is 28)
Mike Glennon (Maybe... too early)

Luck, Rodgers, Wilson, and Newton are my top 4. Rodgers is 30 and I am assuming he has 5 good years left.

I'm not putting Stafford in there. Stafford is not a career 60% completion passer. I don't know of a QB in recent years that has a career QB completion percentage of less than 60%. It's the rubicon of NFL QBs.
