Note: This was not spell checked and I am a poor speller when typing quickly, just saying.
#10 - Wade Phillips
So he does not feel it is his job to fire up his team occasionaly? Cause that is what he said at half time, they needed to fire themselves up. Anyone think Jimmy would have taken that approach? No. Phillips seems to be so out of it at times, he is gone after this year, no matter the outcome.
#9 -TO
How many times are we going to force the ball to TO???? Others had to be wide open yet Romo stared down TO and tried to force him the ball WAY WAY too much. Not really TO's fault (except he could not get open), more Garett and Romo's fault.
#8 Brian Stewart
So, Cambell never gets to his 2cnd and third reads? Yeah, great gameplan. I think Stewart gets a little too much blame for this underperforming D but he could and should do significantly better. Come up with a real game plan next week Brian.

Looked like a fool today. Burnt continuosly, fell down (fine one mistake but it was very costly), took absolutely terrible angles, missed a key sack...again. Personally I think he is still hurt or not back to 100%, but a few more games like this and I am going to be worried
#6 Offensive Line
What happened to the run blocking? Of course it might have helped if more running plays had been called. Still at least one of our 10 rushes should have had a bigger whole.
#5 Super Bowl Talk
Too much thought about the super bowl and playing well in January. If it was up to me, the next player that even mentions the super bowl should be fined.
#4 12 men
I don't even know. I mean 12 men, after a timeout...not only was it a big mistake it goes to show you we have some real problems as far as having it all together. This D needs some work. The entire team needs to be out at Texas Stadium right now doing gasers becuase of this penality. In-excusable.
#3 The Wade Phillips Mentalitly
Look, this loss has been coming (and in the end will be a good thing), everyone could see the flaws but Phillips and Co. chooses to ignore all this and sugar coat our wins....I for one am sick of it. The D should have been ripped to shreds after the Philli game, Romo should have been told whats what after the Green Bay Game, but no, a win is ok in Wade's book. Thats the difference between this team and the early 90s teams. Johnson mentality vs. Phillips mentality...its huge and its a huge problem.
#2 Tony Romo
I have said it for the past two weeks, he is not sharp. Make excuses for him all you want but he cost us the game with his interception, period. It was a pathetic pass. Sure he had a few good passes, two come to mind, but if he is only going to give us a few good passes all game then we need another QB (note I still believe he will come out of this, and he is still better than a lot of QBs). He was behind all game, and still looked scared to stand in the pocket. Also, quit starring down TO and quit trying so hard to get him the ball, Witten/ Austin/ Crayton, someone had to be open yet he wants to take the ship down by passing to owens non stop, then he can't even get plays off on time, and has to waste timeouts. Bad decision making, bad play, bad management.
#1 Jason Garett
Never have a seen a more pathetic game plan. Maybe its because its recent or maybe its because Washington is just that good (lets hope not) but Jason looked like an idiot. 3 rushes in the 2cnd half. This has been a flaw of his all along but he needs to get it fixed, Im not sure he is going to though, because this is not the first time he has abandoned the run like a red headed step child. On top of that, if he can not come up with a way to get someone open with all the talent he has at his finger tips, he needs to give back half his pay check. Oh yeah Garrett, Marion and Felix, Felix especially, want to know if they should suit up next week or just watch the game from home...Jason I expect 100 time better.
All that being said, most of these things can be corrected (though I am not sure Jason will ever really learn his lesson and I know Phillips will not change his mentality) and in the long run we will be a better team. Romo will come out of this slump, Jason will remember you CAN rush the ball in the NFL, the loss will remind this team that the super bowl and the playoffs are miles away, TO rarely stays down ( i just hope he stays quiet), our oline can do and has done better, etc. etc. This team and these coaches just HAVE to learn from these mistakes, every single one of them.
