Well I made a thread a few weeks ago putting the top 5 defensive players at each position, so I'll do Offense..Please feel free to make your own suggestion..I'm sure you will

I'd replace Rivers w/ Romo or Big Ben.
I'd replace Bowe with Boldin or Wayne or Smith

Easy to knock it till you've tried picking those top five...not so easy. Overall, it's a solid list all the way down with a few personal preference changes. Top ten may be easier.

If Bree's had just a servicable defense his team would be a superbowl contender every year. He puts up numbers with Lance Moore,Reggie Bush and Devery Henderson..he barely had Colston and Reggie last year and he still put up huge numbers

Philip Rivers is one of favs..he is so cocky but he backs it up..he can tear defenses apart like nothing.

Stephen Jackson keeps getting hurt and keeps fumbling. he's not a top 5 runningback. Dwayne Bowe is better than Steve Smith, Reggie Wayne,Brandon Marshall, Owens, etc.?

I wobbled on Marshall at 5..but Bowe just has a nose for the ball and gets open with Damon Huard and Thigpen at QB's! So I gave the nod to Bowe because of that.

I wobbled on Marshall at 5..but Bowe just has a nose for the ball and gets open with Damon Huard and Thigpen at QB's! So I gave the nod to Bowe because of that.

I do think Bowe in his 3rd season will have a huge year, but he's not top 5 yet.

I think Davis would be on everyones top 5 list and Gurode would be on the majority of top 5 lists.

If Gurode gets the ball snapped on time and to the QB hes really good.

I'm a Cowboys fan but Romo over Brees and Rivers? Brees probably third best QB in league after Brady and Peyton Manning. Too me Rivers one of the toughest players in the league (played thru torn ACL) a vocal and emotional leader, put up great numbers last year.

Rivers had a monster season last year, but that single season doesnt propell him that high yet.
