Top 5 WRs since 1998

This came up in the Moss/Owens debate. Ravi claimed that Owens has been the best WR in the league since 1998. I already posted my list in that thread but I'd be interested in hearing other people's. Who do you think have been the top 5 WRs since 1998 (including players like Holt who joined in 1999.) Thoughts?

If it were fantasy football - Moss would obviously be higher....but i would even hesitate to list him as in top 5 because he takes so many downs off. A Safety can watch Moss and see if its a pass play or a run play LOL.
