They actually still have a chance to make us all happy with this draft. All they have to do is go get one of the three safties that have fallen. Use a 4th or 5th next year and move up for one of them. They will likely get a slew comp pics over the next few years as they let some guys go and can’t teally sign any big time free agents so who cares about next years 4th or 5th if it brings you one of those three safties and improves the defense this year.

Just my take, but keep an eye on RB and DB with first two picks today. They've made no secret of finding a quality back-up for Zeke and it's my understand, Richard spent a ton of hours working various DBs.

They studied and interviewed most of the safeties in this year's draft and only one safety compared with T. Hill. Marinelli loves the 3T position much more than the safety position in his scheme.
Most likely they will get a backup RB and a DB in the 4th or 5th rounds today if they like them when the draft. BPA first and always wins the day.

I still think there are 3 safeties on that list that can start in 2019.
At least 4 or 5 CBs that have Richard traits that are possible 2020 starters.
I still think our backup RB can wait until round 5.
I also like Foster Moreau. Can really knock day 3 out of the park.
