Not a movie either, but it should be.
I read up on it a bit and the guy seemed to be a legitimately quiet and peaceful man who just wanted to run his small business on the piece of property he owned. One of the local big dogs wanted to expand the cement company mentioned in this video, and offered to buy out the little guy. The little guy politely refused, which unleashed a years long legal battle with the big dog and the city. The big dog built up around him making it very difficult to access little guy's business, effectively killing it.Wow, I can't believe that story isn't more well known!

Little guy even offered, at his own expense to build an access road to another point on a different road but was denied by the town.
He bought the bulldozer to build that road and solve the problem. When that became impossible he repurposed it, lol
