Love to gamble and believe the Borgata @ Atlantic City is still tops (probably not saying much) in the city. Great time and by far the best Casino AC has currently! What are you best experiences/opinions of your favorite casinos in the world?

I only play poker. For my money, Winstar in Oklahoma has a great poker room. In Vegas, I liked MGM, because it was open in the entrance, allowing a lot of fish to show up. The Venetian had Fiji water for free. The Bellagio was nice, as well. Never been to AC. When I was on a cruise ship, they have electronic poker tables, which were nice, but the rake was crazy.

Poker is definitely my game (been playing since a youngin) mostly Omaha, but have sharpened my No Limit game the last 10 years, etc. Would love to play in the MW just to see the difference in players (that aspect has always interested me). Have played @ Bicycle Casino in LA/Arizona tribal casino near Scottsdale and AC. We have a local casino in DC (Maryland Live) which just opened a couple of years ago and is building in quality/poker room tables. Thanks for contributing!

I like PLO for fun, but too much gamble. NLHE is my game, but I think it is pretty much solved at this point. A really tight PLO player can do really well in a casino. I just can't handle the variance.

The one thing I had to adjust as PLO Hi/Lo player is giving players too much credit. Reading betting patterns and the texture of flops in relation comparatively. When NL got big I obviously had to adjust and now kind've hit low stakes to "phish". Much respect for both genres though! Do you follow any pros?

Not anymore. I played online almost exclusively until Black Friday, still waiting to get some money back from FTP. I used to be a flight instructor, and one of my Italian students set up an account on an online poker site based in Italy, so I play on there on occasion. Live poker is too slow for me, so unless I am playing with my friends or get a hair up my butt, I play online.

I actually got my money back from Full Tilt just recently (last week I want to say)...so you should be good on that! I hear you on the live poker in terms of being almost too slow. The only thing keeping it interesting is the money on the table and the belief that you aren't being played (which is just not the case online but some friends of mine cling to this justification ) I currently play on BetOnlinePoker because it is one of the few that accepts DC players; that will change soon.

Shamefully I will admit I've never been to Vegas and have respect for MW players after watching the "Heartland Poker" series on TV/online (these mofos got some game to em) Love IT! They love testing players (kind've my game=calling station till they're broke, gotta love NL; so much flexibility). Table games on the way back to the room are the problem @ times. Those have been the best times of my life as well; socially and financially. Funny how that works out:rolleyes::D

On a side note: you're a pilot? That is about as modern cowboy/biker mentality as you can get (too much respect!)
