Top priority for McCarthy - Senior Bowl

The week of January 25 is fast approaching and the top priority for McCarthy while signing his staff is preparing for the Senior Bowl. McCarthy needs to start meeting with the scouting department and create a SWOT analysis for each player participating in the show case.

I am interested in DT, TE, LB, DBs, heck any plug-n-play player regardless of position. Dallas needs all positions for the up coming season

Raekwon Davis and Javon Kinlaw have peeked my interest.

1. K Moore would be a great asset for helping the team transition to the new system.
2. Sign all of his staff before all the new hires start calling.
3. Create SWOT analysis of Senior Bowl Participants.
4. Meet with the scouting department and bring in Scouts if needed.
5. Create a course of action with the Coaching Staff/Scouts on evaluating Senior Bowl Participants.

Dane Brugler put out an updated Top 100 draft board today, the best scenario for us would be a top 10 TE or SS dropping to us. There really isn't someone at either of those positions but Javon Kinlaw is at #10 and could conceivably drop to 17.

Also the two guys at 16 and 17 are edge rushers FWIW.
