TAMPA, Fla. (Sept. 8, 2006) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released tackle Torrin Tucker from injured reserve and signed cornerback Dion Byrum to the practice squad.
Tucker signed with the Bucs as a free agent this year after spending the past three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He missed most of training camp with a knee injury and was placed on injured reserve last week.
Byrum entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent on May 1 with Chicago, which released him Sept. 1.
