I think they are making fun of themselves in general, not rap or parenting. The idea that having a mini-van and shuffling a bunch of kids around is hip, is the joke. Not that they are rapping. At least in my opinion.

If someone sees rap hate it the ad, I think chances are they themselves don't like rap.

I've posted plenty of movies that I enjoy, you should pay more attention. Some of yous need to not get so offended when someone doesn't like something that you do.
