I read it might hit port arthur as well.

Some very nice people at Port Arthur.

We provided support to load ships for Desert Storm there and found many of the people to be very kind to us.

A friend of mine met a girl there while we was doing that and eventually married her.

One other thing to consider about this storm.

Not only the problem with the past refineries and the possiblity of these ones getting knocked out....but the ports.

NOLA was a huge area for port travel and now you might get both Houston and Port Arthur being unable to be the ports for a time.

Good news... Rita has dropped to a Cat 3... let's hope it continues to diminish!
