Yep. Won’t be perfect but neither will this draft,

We do not have enough draft picks to cover everything we need.
Thus their bullcrap answer about not needing to fill holes is just another absolute lie.
Main needs based on what they want to be as team - i.e. Run the ball, stop the run.
1) top notch RB.
2) a # 2 receiver to take pressure off Lamb.
3) DT to cover up Mazi, Run Stuffer.
Top notch Corner that can start right away, as we have only one. Diggs could miss up to half the season.
4) RG - Run blocker to open holes for rungame/protect Dak.
A d with no 4th - that's important because it would have been an early 4th to start the last day, and whoever dropped in day 2. Now, no shot of anything but backups from here on out ...
5) LBers.
6)Edge Rushers.
7) Depth everywhere.
No matter what order they take players, they will have to draft for need - didn't fill all their holes. They don't have enough high picks to get starters.
Last year was frustrating as hell.
This year I'm just pissed !

Revel plays the run well.

Based on my trade back they either take Nolen at 20 or possibly take the Texas dtackle later in the draft.

I think it’s just reality. Diggs, Bland,Cason and Elam. I get Diggs is coming back from injury but they should look at a nickel if anything that’s a vet. I think they take a corner later.

Great idea to trade down in the 1st (from #12 down to #20) and pick up an extra 2nd rounder (#51).

If DT Derrick Harmon was available, I would take him. If he is gone, trade down again towards the very end of the 1st round (from #20 down to either #30, 31 or 32) and pick up an extra 3rd and 4th round picks.

You would end up with:

1st round: #30
2nd round: #44 , #51
3rd round: #77 , late 3rd rounder
4th round: mid-to-late 4th rounder

This would give the Cowboys 6 draft picks within the first 4 rounds. Now go to school and draft for positions: DT, RB, WR, CB, Edge and LB

Use rounds 5 - 7 to address Oline, Safety, QB and another RB or WR.
