Jets want Dorsett WR Miami and trade up.
Using Drafttek for who is available and trade chart:

Dallas gets Jets #70 = 240 Jets get #91 = 136 Swap 3rds

Using Drafttek for who is available:

#37 2nd - Michael Bennett DT Ohio

#60 2nd - Nate Orchard DE Utah

#70 3rd - Steve Nelson CB Oregon

4th - David Irving DT Iowa State

4th- Mike Davis RB South Carolina

That is really a pretty feasible trade. Something very much like that could very well happen.

I like Bennett and Orchard, but there very well could be better players at RB and CB available there. I want DL as much as anybody but I don't want to take them just because we want to improve the DL. IMO, the DL is going to be pretty picked over by the second round but there will be some solid RB's and corners there (Eric Rowe, PJ Williams, Ronald Darby and Jay Ajayi, Tevin Coleman).

I wouldn't complain with Bennett though. I really like him. I just wouldn't want to completely bypass RB and CB in a round where I feel like they're going to be the best value on the board.

reasonable trade back draft but i will take Cooper before i take Bennett because Coopers first step is insane for a 300 pound guy.I would take Rollins or Darby with the 37th pick.

David Irving in the 4th? No thanks on that, way too early...not to mention that the odds of 3 rookie d lineman making the team are pretty slim in my opinion. The rest isn't bad though, some good players and scheme fits in the 4th

Going with Drafttek, the RBs are gone. The CBs are not as highly rated as Bennett, but if they plan on getting rid of Carr, it could be a very viable pick. I'd go with Darby or Rowe.

I think you and I don't disagree significantly. I think the disconnect is that you're using Drafttek and I'm looking at CBSSportsline rankings.

In the CBS rankings, Kevin Johnson, PJ Williams, Trae Waynes, Marcus Peters, Byron Jones, Eric Rowe, Quinten Rollins, and Ronald Darby are all rated higher than Michael Bennett.

Had I been looking at the Drafttek like you were, we would probably agree more.
