I'll say the 49ers use their plethora of picks to trade up to 18 and get their guy. We receive their #31 + a 3rd and 4th.
1st round-
Manelik Watson, OT Florida State- O line needs to be addressed badly and Parnell isn't the answer at RT. Watson is a solid player now with a very high ceiling in the future. Great feet and had the size and strength to be an elite pass protector in the NFL.
2nd round-
Markus Wheaton, WR Oregon State- I think a lot of people may groan at taking a WR in the 2nd, but I see this draft as a great opportunity to add another elite athlete on offense at a good value. Wheaton is an absolute burner with elite football skills unlike a lot of other smallish track WR's. Huge college production leaving Oregon State as the all time leading WR. Great slot guy from day 1.
3rd round-
Alvin Bailey, OG Arkansas- Good athlete for a guard with a ton of experience in the SEC. Great fit for the ZBS. Undervalued player in this draft, 3rd round is an excellent value for a guard of his quality.
Devin Taylor, DE South Carolina- We have no depth at all at 4-3 DE so a high draft pick is definitely needed there. Taylor is huge at 6'7 266 with freakish athletic ability. Even when he can't beat the tackle he is always a threat for a tipped ball with his over 7' wingspan.
4th round-
Tony Jefferson, S Oklahoma- Maybe a little late for a safety, but Jefferson has a ton of talent with a ton of playing experience in college. Probably not a superstar in the making, but could be a very solid player at either S position.
Jordan Hill, DT PSU- A little undersized for a DT, but makes up for it in hustle and motor. Shoots gaps well and knows how to make plays in the backfield. Team leader and good overall kid as well.
5th round-
Miguel Maysonet, RB Stony Brook- Has the size and speed of major D1 player. Quick burst and good vision that makes him an ideal ZBS running back. Should be a good guy to give about 10 carries a game to spell Murray and keep him healthy.
6th round-
Jake Stoneburner, TE Ohio State- Talented player who just wasn't used a ton in Ohio State's offense as a pass catcher. Had very good speed to make a nice receiving threat to go along with his good run blocking.
