Normally the Boys aren't active at the trade deadline although maybe this year will be a bit different.

Why would I think that is just trying to analyse the moves they have made over the last couple of days.

1. Released not one but two Moores, Kellen and D. and did not replace either at those positions.
2. Signed Blake Jarwin from the practice squad so that now we have 4 TEs and another about to possibly come off the IR. Also of note, how many catches has Hanna and Swaim had this season and how many snaps have they played. Jarwin is more receiver than blocker and had a very good preseason. Don't see us keeping all four active on game day so could something be in the works.
3. Defense is much better with Lee in the lineup but I could see something happen in the secondary where Heath has been nothing like last year.

If and it is a big if, we make a trade who are the likely teams we might trade with and for who.
1. Baltimore - need at WR and TE and frankly a RB wouldn't be out of the question.
2. NY Giants - need at WR
3. Denver - receiving TE, OL

Sure there are others with different needs but have to wonder if Dallas would actually trade someone. What we need as I see it (just my opinion) is a stud DT (Darius of Buffalo comes to mind), a WR that could really stretch the field (Fitzgerald comes to mind as a possible and AC Green if rumors true out of Cincy), S that's more of a box safety (Eric Reed would be a good person to get or TJ Ward if you want a cover guy) and maybe another LB (not sure if someone like CJ Mosley would be available and frankly I could see him at RDE instead of a LB spot). Would we even consider any of these.

IF we did make a trade then it would probably be trading one of our guys for a draft pick, seems that is the Cowboy way of late. But just think of Green lining up opposite of Bryant or Mosley lining up with Irving, Collins and Lawrence or Reed in run defense at safety, any would help and all would be a pipe dream. No worries though, we won't do anything.

This team will not be making any moves.... They botched this past offseason coming off a 13-3 season....

Eagles made solid moves hopefully we realize that sometimes you need to actually spend money on defense (i think were bottom 5 total in dollars invested into our defense)

Defense wins championships (unless your QB is tom brady) our F.O needs to realize this and stop being cute with its offense pro bowl team

The only move the FO has is trading Bryant and his bloated contract and that is the longest of long shots.

I like Dez, but I agree- right now he is the only trade worthy asset on this roster. Maybe Darren McFadden could net a late round pick, but with Zeke's status he's not going anywhere. Everybody else I want to keep.

Don't understand the Dez bashing here.

This board will defend underachievers like Jeff Heath, Nick Hayden, Will McClay, and Jerry Jones til the death, but has issues with Dez, the guy who's caught more TD's than anyone.

Well if the Eagles get a trophy then by all means crown it as a good move. But consider that many of their contracts are on 1 year deals and they are already up against the cap as is.

What's it going to be then, eh?
