Worse case Zeke loses his appeal and is out 6 games. Wait, the D.J. knockout could cost him more games.

When do we start looking at our RB depth chart and consider a trade for a younger back/ more explosive option while Elliot is gone. McFadden, Morris, R. Smith, Hillman? None of those guys can give us what Elliot does. We could argue not many backs in the world can offer what he does on the field. 6 tough games to start the season will be rough. Why not make an upgragde.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who we should look at trading for? Or is this a wait til the 2018 draft?

Couple names to throw out there:

Jeremy Hill / Giovani Bernard- Bengals
T.J. Yeldon / Chris Ivory- Jags
Tevin Coleman- Falcons (Would be a dream scenario)
Thomas Rawls- Seahawks
Matt Jones- Commanders
Charcandrick West- Chiefs

All of those guys are on teams with at least 2 other solid options (exception on the Falcons). We should take advantage if other teams are willing to bury these guys on the depth chart.

Atlanta wont trade Coleman. Even with Freeman he is too valuable to them. They value having that 1-2 punch
