I don't think 3 receivers go in the top 17.

They very easily could. Its a premium position. And its not a very strong draft. Teams needing WR's know the pickings will be slim on day 2

Makes sense? It's absolutely the best course of action and it should be at 12 to maximize return. This team needs a 4th badly, you need pick in every mid-round of this particular draft.
