Let's talk about culture and leaders. A Culture of mercenaries, marketing, money has been established for a while...remember Jaylon Smith pushing his brand upon signing his deal. How about Mr. Sleep Number. So, continue being hypocritical because a player had a podcast.

Leaders on the Cowboys is nonexistent. Some cowards talked about Micah anonymously only once he was gone. No one was man enough to put his name on it and speak direct to Micah. Good luck with the Coward (s) when things get tough they'll be looking for scapegoats instead of leading.

Jerry is the culture and the problem, Old Dude is emotional, egotistical, and selfish everything they say Micah is, but certain ppl can't see because they lack a clear eye view haha.

Two years ago I trusted this organization a little too. I really believed 2023 was going to be a great year for Dallas. I knew Jerry was full of it, but there was a limit to the crap Jerry would pull, so I thought. Then Came 2024. The Cowboys were lambasted by the Packers who ran and threw all over our defense - and the great Dan Quinn - at the end of the 2023 season. Jerry, after the defeat, said "all in" which we all thought meant Jerry would sign some quality free agents to get us over the hump. It was obvious we thought. We can't stop the run! But there were several quality free agent DTs who could certainly help fix that problem. Surely Jerry would go "all in" for one of them, right? Instead, Jerry allowed a bunch of defensive players to walk. He did nothing to fix the problem on the DL. He made it worse, if that was possible. He did nothing to fix the running game either. Josh Jacobs, Saquon Barkley, and Derrick Henry were all FAs and Jerry did not even sniff at them. The 7-10 season in 2024 was the result. To Jerry, "all in" meant nothing. But Jerry said it. We heard it. And it was a lie.

Since then I have no trust in the Cowboys front office. Nothing they say can be trusted. So when I hear these reports about culture change, pffft! Jerry is still Jerry. Ego first, winning comes in after that. When I read these stories from Cowboys insiders about Micah being a bad teammate, or not listening to coaches, or whatever other gossip, I know where it comes from and why. So I choose not to believe it. Multiple Cowboys players have come out and publicly stated the opposite of what we are hearing, both offensive and defensive players. In other words, Jerry is lying about Micah to turn fans against him and for Jerry and I see a number of fans here doing just that.

So when you talk about how Jerry can continue to be in charge of the Cowboys and how he can continue to build the value of this franchise, you just have to look in the mirror and you will have your answer.
