Training Camp Question

Hi diehards, me and some fellow Seattlelite Cowboys fans will be going down to Oxnard for TC. This is our first time, so if anyone can shed some insights on the following that would be much appreciated! And we hope to see you guys there too:

-Which days do they practice? I would assume they play on Sat, travel on Fri, and relax on Sun? So would that be Mon - Thurs only?

-What times do the practices usually start and end daily?

-Is it free admission or is their a daily fee?

-Any other TC trips much appreciated!

I hope you guys can share here so everyone can learn from your experience.
