Training camp times released. Whats the difference?

There are two types of days...2 practices one day and 1 on the other. I know on the 2 a days, one practice is full hitting and the other is lighter. Is the single day practice full contact and longer than one session of the two a days? Just not sure if I want to go to a 2 practice day or one.

i think i read where the morning practice will be just a walkthrough
the afternoon will be the more intense practice if their is hitting etc
