It needed to be about two weeks earlier but I think it's kind of fun having free agency going right as camp is starting. Definitely has generated some electricity for me going into the preseason.

And the lockout being over feels like someone finally lifted the pick up truck thats been parked on my chest for the last 18 weeks.

I finally live close enough again to drive to training camp. San Antonio is about 4 to 4 1/2 hours away. I plan to attend camp for a couple of days. When I lived in northern California my daughter and I drove to Oxnard when the Cowboys were there and had a ball. That was about an 8 hour drive.
