Thought it'd be cool to share travel ideas and reveiws with the other members here.
My wife and I love to do crusies (1 a year), this year we are going on NCL Pearl a 9 Night southern Caribbean. we'll be going to Samana (never heard of it), Tortola, Antigua, Barbados, and St. Lucia....
So if any of you have been to any of these places let me know what there like.
Last year we went on RCCL western Caribbean. We went to Ochio Rios Jamacia, Georgetown Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico.
Ochio Rios we rafted down the white river which was NASTY, but we where refunded our cost. The rest of the day we shoped which was great, the prices where really cheap, for shirts and such. all in all I liked it more the first time we where here we swam with Dolphins that time and it was awesome.
All we did in Gtown was shop. My wife bought some gems and some souvineers. real pretty stop.
Cozumel we bought my wife a ring and some more loose stones which we had set in White Gold for my daughter when we got home and we were offered over 500.00 for the ring from the Jewler We got the stone free when we bought the ring for my wife and paid 125 to have it set. Not sure what we are doing with the other stones....
I love cruising and for the price you can't beat it. The food is out of this world and the service is top notch.
Next year we are thinking of going to Ireland.
So where have you been? Where would you reccomend to going?
