it seems easy to move forward with what the #Cowboys have in the running game.
he's excited when he sees Joseph Randle get the ball. Also likes Lance Dunbar in space.
it makes him uncomfortable when he hears people say they're the best OL. They just want to come in and work
Tyron Smith always works hard and always has since his rookie year.
Tyron Smith is the strongest guy in the weight room.
Ron Leary kind of has "the killer instinct." Leary is the guy who is the enforcer.

Beard is growing back, and plans to let it grow entire season. Unless it gets pulled off....
Garrett's off season message...new year, let that one play go, it's in the past. move on from it. Garrett will keep them focused on this year. Will be a fresh start and will not look back.
Asked how long it takes for body to recover after a season...it varies with each player, for himself it was 2 to 3 weeks before he did anything, some players will wait 4 to 6 weeks.
Replacing Murray...it will all work out TC. Likes what he sees and wants to see Randle and McFadden and how they do. Thinks will be fine, as they have a plan on the running and passing games for this.
Uncomfortable on being called the best OL...yes, they do not want to be looked as that, all they want to do is come to work and improve as an unit.
Tyron the hardest worker, been constant since he came in, always works the same, works hard. Said Tyron is a monster....
who would you have if in a street fight, or have in an alley....Ron Leary, has that killer instinct, takes care of everybody, the enforcer....
Degree in computer Engineering. But after football, would need to go back and learn, as that field changes too quick.
Went to big Foot high School ...so was asked...is that a school for Sasquatches... LOL....he said, no, was named after an Indian Chief....

Sure the do, but the premature anointing is uncomfortable for him, and I agree.
I saw Romo scrambling for his life too much last year to call them that yet.

Frederick is a terrific player - smart, technically sound, and a hell of a drive blocker. While I wanted them to draft Sharrif Floyd when he was available, I credit the front office for getting it right. Frederick by himself is outstanding value - add Terrence Williams, and it's an excellent use of picks.
