During the live broadcast, it's hard to evaluate any one position because there is so many other things I'm looking at, but after a review of the game tape, Travis is definitely not 100%. It's like it's taking him longer to process information and act on it. It's not much of a delay but its there. I actually had to review game tape of his 2017 season and compare that to the SF game to detect the difference. Considering all he's been through in the past year, this is to be expected. To be fair, maybe this happens to him every preseason and he gets better once he has a few games under his belt. He is still clearly one of the best in the game but at this point, he can do better. I'm looking forward to reviewing the next game he puts on tape.

Looking forward to your review and the comparison. Yes, expect him to be a little rusty. 1st snaps in a year coming off a career threatening illness.

I was in my teens in the 70’s when not much was known about GBS when I was diagnosed with it. I was a very good ball player in all sports. But I had to give up competitive sports because of it then. But it did not keep me from playing pick up games with friends and my brothers . Just not as fast or quick. But still decent.
So for him to be the slightest bit off at this point to me is still great.

You said Travis was the least of your worries, implying anything else is more worrisome, such as Dak.

Travis being less worrisome is your words, not mine.
And again, you are talking about things I never mentioned. You make assumptions that are incorrect. You are trying to turn this into a Dak thread.

Travis will be fine. I'm not worried.

T-Fred played 9 snaps at SF. Anyone have any film breakdown, how did he do overall.
From the looks of it he jumped right back in like he belongs.

This is still the brightest spot of the off season and TC.

Wonder how many snaps he will get the next game, probably about the same I guess. Dad and many of the starters 10 to 12 snaps is my guess.

Basically perfect.

You couldn't block better if they let you use one of these...

It was 9 snaps for Fred, Dak, Tyron, etc..

So if Dak is less of a problem than Frederick, how is Frederick the least of your problems?

Even if tfred can play at 80% this season it'll totally change the oline imo.
