you sure? the article says just one other time, with the titans, received a 4 game suspension..

I believe, feel free to correct me, that the first two times have no suspension. The third gets a suspension. We just didn't hear about the first two.

HAHA, i just called my best friend shane who had Travis Henry on his fantasy team. He answered his phone and i told him (in a real apologetic way) that he would be facing a year suspension. He got mad and then said that he was having terrible luck this year with his fantasy team. Then he said that their backup running back was pretty good and he was getting online right then to add him (Selvin Young) to his team.

What i didnt tell him was that right before i called him i had just picked up Selvin Young and i was really calling just to rub it in. So right before we hung up the phone i let him in on my little secret. He then said some choice words that i probably shouldnt use here, and hung up on me. LOL, im still smiling as i type this!

Just thought i would share......i thought it was hilarious

second time is a warning

third time is a suspension

Henry is truly one of the biggest idiots in the NFL. He is not even 30 yet and he has 9 kids by 9 different women in several states. He is way behind on child support and now he is toking and suspended...

Too bad he has added to the gene pool. He has million dollar talent and a ten cent brain...

Wow, I can't believe i just read that. For one, it is illegal. Yea, you can say alcohol is worse, but alcohol isnt illegal. If it wasnt illegal then fine, but it is.

Its just like NY wanting to give drivers licenses to illegal immigrants, what part of illegal dont you understand?

They have RANDOM drug testing, that means the PLAYERS OR COACHES dont know when they are going to be tested. So if they dont want to get caught and risk their jobs, DONT DO IT, but i guess it shows a lot of them what really matters the most.

there are lots of illegal things that i dont feel should be illegal. i will not allow other men who may or may not be less enlightened than me to tell me right from wrong because they are in a position to use or abuse power.

getting high has been and still is a deeply profound and spiritual experience, for many cultures in the past, the shaman would use substances to divine. i somke weed about 3-4 times a year, i had some last week and got into a deep conversation with a very experienced friend of mine. it always gives me a sense of untiy with the higher spirit or HGA for those who know. I will not allow some idiots to take that from me - but i am smart enough to know there are consequences if i get caught doing this, however i also know how not to get caught. one puff every few months will not show up on any drug screen, plus there are many ways to mask it.

i will agree with one part of your post - about players deciding what is most important. i could abstain for a few years, make a few million bucks and then use occassionally as i see fit after taking money from the NFL and being set up for life.

This is the key question IMO. What are you risking vs whatever pleasure/experience you're going to get out of it. To risk a year of one's career ,and the hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars that go with it, is just stupid when you know your employer tests for it.

He hasnt been handed a suspension yet. Soooooo as far as anyone knows he will play this sunday, but there is still 3 days before sunday.

young probably already gets alot of carries this week...as Henry had MRI for possible knee injury. I dont think Shanahan will even entertain playing Henry with the distinct possibility that he is gone for the year....Denver will cut ties and move on. It wouldnt suprise me if Selvin Young becomes the next successful rookie RB who comes out of nowhere and does well in Denver.
